What I do to rejuvenate + video meditation

I hope this year will be filled with true happiness and joy for all of you, my friends.

Personally, I feel like I’m at the beginning of extremely busy, productive, challenging but also successful year. I am ready to let the games begin! I set my intention to be like a water. To flow with a power, on a path that will lead me to my ocean. In 2013 I was collecting tiny little streams of fresh water from the highest mountains in a giant mountain lake. Right now, the lake is full and feels constricted and I am sooooo ready to let the water of my knowledge and experience OUT, just like a powerful waterfall. I have to say it is a little scary.

In plain english, I’ve been doing a lot of meditating, a lot of yoga study, a lot of business study, soul searching, identifying my purpose but most of all a lot of staying still. And it is driving me crazy! If I watch one more inspirational video, I might just blow up.

I can’t complain though, I’m glad I am able to spend time with my daughter, see her grow, learn and experience life. I do most of my work when she falls asleep at night, some days, unfortunately for me, I am totally exhausted. On those days, I go and meditate and yes maybe I’ve lost a half an hour of my precious free time, but I am rejuvenated, have clear intentions, and I’m ready to take on more work. Sometimes I come back inspired to wash dishes and clean the apartment. Crazy right?

I meditate every single day and this practice has been my solace that helps me keep my head on my shoulders and not let me despair. It’s like a daily shower for my thoughts. Because of it I am able to speak and act my best and eliminate a lot (not all) of mishaps or some other awkward, shameful or hurtful things I might say or do.

And finally,

I want to share with you a meditation to eliminate tension. If you meditate in this way you’ll be more relaxed in your life and there will be a flow in your actions and words. If you meditate like this every day, this mediation will balance your glandular system.
Optimal time is 11 minutes. So set your timers!

  1. Zita- Thank you Thank you Thank you!!! I just found your website and tried this meditation for the first time. I enjoy yoga fairly regularly and meditate (most often when I’m in my car, or right before I fall asleep), but I’ve never meditated while utilizing chanting- WHAT a Feeling! You’re completely right when you stated that you actually increase your vibrational frequency-feel energized and relaxed at the same time! No matter how much noise is going on in the rest of the house. Thank you for introducing me to its power- I will be back!

    1. Wow Seraphina, I’m glad you’ve enjoyed it. Yes I will share more meditations like that. I love how you said that you feel energized and relaxed same time that’s the point of this meditation.
