What to do and not to do when on a cleanse

Cleansing can be very invigorating for your body

It also doesn’t have to be as hard as you think. If you follow the guidance that I describe in this video, a month-long cleanse will feel like a walk in a park or the most exhilarating adventure of your summer.
 
However, first, you need to trust yourself. 

Cleanse is like a tropical vacation for your whole body during which your organs will restore themselves, you will eliminate the most dangerous toxins, and gain the ease and happiness you’ve always wanted. 

I really can’t say enough about going on a cleanse especially the Classic Yogic Cleanse. I have been leading this unique cleanse experience for many years now and each time I lose at least 10 pounds and have the best of time.
