6 Week Challenge: Get your belly in shape in 15 minutes a day!

I’ve been shy of my belly ever since I can remember and now that I am a new mom to 9 month old daughter Arianna, the idea of going to the beach worries me a little bit. I feel like I should just consider wearing one piece bathing suit. Unfortunately/fortunately, I couldn’t find any that I’d really like and therefore: I’m taking a stand against my belly fat. I’m challenging my belly 15 minutes a day for 6 weeks, let’s see who is gonna break first!

Join me and together we will support, inspire and uplift each other. I am certified yoga and meditation instructor and I will be sending you one 15 minute workout video a week. They are all great sets that everyone can do. But if you need, I’ll give you special modifications. Plus each video contains a short meditation at the end.

We are starting Saturday May 25th 2013 and end July 6th!
