Have you been feeling down, lately? You are not alone

Meditation for Absolutely Powerful energyMy life is all about health, about feeling good in ones body and mind, but that doesn’t mean, I don’t get sick or feel down once in a while.

It was getting dark, I was walking by the playground with my daughter, Arianna. It didn’t feel safe to go and play…

At that moment, probably because I realized the long dark nights are ahead of us, I noticed, I’ve been having a mild depression.  Lately, I mostly saw negative in everything. I wasn’t able to do my job with enthusiasm I used to have, I lost appetite and replaced my meals with sweet pastries and cookies. I’m glad I caught myself because as soon as I got home, I took action. Below are few steps that helped me. And maybe if you will ever feel the same, you might remember at least one of these steps and try it out.

1. Herbal Medicine.
St. John’s Worth pills really work magic. They are very gentle and after only 2 short days, my enthusiasm renewed. Did you know that doctors in Germany routinely prescribe St. John’s Worth for depression as oppose to American doctors who prescribe Prozac? Something to consider.

2. Watch or listen funny comedy show.
My favorites are Daily Show, Louis C.K., and I often get cracked up by Ellen (yes I am watching day time tv :)).

3. Meditate, do yoga, dance or sing.
I’m including amazing meditation for absolutely powerful energy. It will very quickly elevate your consciousness so you can see clearly beyond your daily struggles. Plus as the name suggests, you’ll feel powerful cosmic energy inside of you. Definitely something really cool to try.

4. Make time for yourself.
Just say NO to one thing. Just one thing. Delegate and after that take few deep breaths and decide what will you do just for yourself.

5. Look at the big picture.
Please know that even the saddest and the longest lasting down time will eventually pass and you will be the one standing on the top of the hill in awe of the beauty and the crazy winding path that have got you to were you are right now.

Cheers and let’s keep on moving.
