In this video besides my long rant about paranoid TV programing that is making us fear people of another race, religion, even of people who are not of our age or sex, that is making us feel inadequate in terms of what’s a beautiful and smart; I’ll offer just one solution to enter the heart center.
Talk to and connect with as many people as you feel inspired. Look strangers in the eyes, start a small talk at the store and mainly see everyone as capable of having as deep feelings as you.
On a train ride from Budapest to Kosice this lady started talking to me and during our 3 hour ride we discovered that we both studied manifestation, metaphysics, law of attraction, tarot cards and deep in our hearts we want the same things when it comes to our children, their education and even future of the planet.
I believe that if I got the chance to talk to everyone in depth; I would find the same hopes and dreams, the same fears and worries and the same beautiful heart.

One more story that inspired this video.
Nine years ago when I moved to the neighborhood I live in now, which was predominantly black and the level of crime was supposed to be very high, I was scared.
Over the years, I found this neighborhood to be filled with the nicest and most open hearted people around. I know all my neighbors, we have block parties, we talk, we know each others children AND no one calls police when the party goes till 12 or 1 am.
This place which was supposed to be the most dangerous neighborhood in Brooklyn is making me feel welcomed and mainly SAFE.
Human connection is the answer to all the problems we are facing right now. It doesn’t have to be deep or always meaningful, but it should always stem from our heart and from seeing others just like us.
With that said, TODAY we are going to practice Guru Ram Das Mantra. It’s simple, just watch video.
