Foods that will support your spiritual practice

I don’t know about you but I am thoroughly tired of new diet ideas, of articles putting down one food while celebrating the other and of general calories counting.

“It’s all backwards” said my friend Caly

And it is.

There is a huge disconnect between us and the food. We don’t know where it comes from, how it was grown, how it was processed, or how it lived and how it was killed (if you eat animals).

We don’t know and we don’t care. All we care about is whether it will make us fat or no.

No, no, no let me correct myself, I know YOU care that’s why you are even reading this in the first place.

But people in general look at food as calories and vitamins only. How sad.

With this video, I wanted to introduce a new perspective on food and on the types of food.

In this video you’ll find out:

– three main ayurvedic types of food

– what to eat to develop your intuition and your spiritual practice

– what my dad said about bacon that stayed with me for over 20 years.

– you’ll find out what to eat to support an active lifestyle

– and what kind of foods make you sluggish, tired and sometimes addicted.

It would mean a lot to me if you could check it out.

And at the end I want to invite you to take a challenge and eat at least one vegetable that you have not had in the last 6 months.

I think it’s rather suiting to be a little more adventurous with food especially now, before spring. Why not explore new options? Let’s not be afraid of not being satisfied completely.
