Day 1 – The Mind – Meditation for the Neutral Mind

Welcome everyone to our first day of this challenge.

How is this challenge going to go:

Every odd day, so 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th I will send you a new meditation video.

(it will be send to your email, posted on my website www.happyfreespirit.com, and I also post in our FB group “Kundalini Yoga In-Depth“)

Every even day 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th will be time for questions, comments (posted on FB) and we will talk about other ways to sharpen whatever particular skill we are talking about.

the 11th day we will practice all meditations in one day 🙂

 

What do you need to do:

  1. commit and make a promise that you will practice no matter what.
  2. find a space in your house where you’ll feel most comfortable to meditate
  3. watch the video or read instructions and with open heart plunge yourself into a meditation
  4. notice how you feel (you might start a diary)
  5. practice each meditation for two days in a row

 

Every Kundalini practice begins with Tune In

To tune in we use mantra ONG NAMO GURU DEV NAMO – 3 times

It translates to “I bow to the divine teacher within.”

Now ladies and gentlemen, let us begin.

Our first meditation is Shabd kriya. Please practice it for 15minutes today and tomorrow.
