There is a lot of information and a lot of teachers that want to tell you what to do.

Through this website, I want to offer you an experience (as opposed to theories) of how it is to live a life in higher frequency with healthy body that you love and with a mind that is fresh, open and capable to give you life you deserve.

And you indeed deserve a lot.

My goal is to share with you energetic tools so that you can let go of hurtful memories, perceived limitations and uncover who you truly are. There is no need to hustle and struggle to get what you want; all you need to do is to change your vibration and let things come your way.

MY STORY

My name is Zita Harkaran Vasilisinova.

I was born in Slovakia what was then Czechoslovakia. Growing up in this small communist country, I was allowed a lot of freedom to roam throughout my town and the suburbs from a very young age. It's one of the most memorable moments of my childhood.

I didn't have many toys but looking back, I didn't miss it at all.

I came to New York to visit my brother for a summer break from college when I was 19. I am still here many years later. I have fell in love with the vibrancy of the city and what seemed like unlimited opportunities to me.

"I see my job as someone who will ground the knowledge that is relevant to you, help you incorporate it into your life and that way upgrade your frequency and bring you closer to your true potential."

I was a dancer my whole life. I did ballet, ballroom, and traditional folk dancing. The year before I came to USA was the happiest time of my life. I was done with high school (nightmare) had a job of my dreams - dancer at the biggest theater in my town, and going to college part time studying my favorite subjects history and philosophy. I remember sitting in the garden one day and thinking, "wow this is perfect but what's next? I'm ready for a challenge"

And boy did I get it! That's what I get for being ungrateful 🙂

Anyway, being a dancer for so long, I thought yoga is this mellow, boring and pretentious thing. But my body talks to me a lot and one day it asked me try some yoga. I did some videos on Netflix and it was ok, it didn't rock my world. Then I did some research and thought Kundalini Yoga sounds like something I would like. From the first moment of tuning in with "Ong namo..." I knew this was the true yoga for me and I haven't stop doing it.

I also remember going to my favorite yoga studio and seeing posters for teacher training. I was like "Who would want to do that? To become a yoga teacher? It must very hard way to make a living." Couple months later I was signed up for a teacher training. Lol 🙂 I did it not to become a yoga teacher but to learn more about how this amazing science works on my body.

My teacher has been wise Hari Kaur Khalsa to whom I thank deeply to be able to understand and teach the science of Kundalini yoga and meditation.
